I added my Mastercard to my Gmail Wallet account so I could buy and download a game to my HTC EVO 3-D. But I still cannot buy anything using my Wallet. I keep getting "Your payment could not be processed. Sign in to your Google account to request support." When I sign in to my Google account I get this: "Your order has been cancelled. [Date] Your order has been cancelled by Google becaause your carrier billing account was not authorized."

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
